Authorize the Audit Committee to audit the past year’s expenditures.
FEBRUARY

Nominating Committee to present upcoming officer’s slate for elections.

Start the RSVP list for the Anniversary Dinner.

Select Caterer for the Anniversary Dinner.

Set up assistance with the local B.S.A. Troops for the flag placement on Memorial Day.
MARCH

Approve the Post audit at the stated meeting.

Complete the annual Officer’s election at the Stated Meeting.

Set up for the Anniversary Dinner (weekend closest to March 18th).
APRIL

Organize volunteers for the Memorial Day flag placement and kickoff breakfast (Saturday before Memorial Day).

Remind shooting teams the Post will be closed for activities Election Day, and the setup on Monday, before.
MAY

Setup for election board.

Authorize food and provisions for the District 11 dinner meeting hosted by the Post.

Organize facilities and cooking to host District 11 dinner meeting (June District Meeting).

Set up for the Memorial Day flag placement and kickoff breakfast (Saturday before Memorial Day).
