POST 3 ANNUAL OPERATIONS

JANUARY

  1. Authorize Nomination Committee to select next year’s slate of officers.

  2. Set up February Bulletin for the Anniversary Dinner invitation.

  3. Authorize review of caterers for the Anniversary Dinner.

  4. Authorize the Audit Committee to audit the past year’s expenditures.

FEBRUARY

  1. Nominating Committee to present upcoming officer’s slate for elections.

  2. Start the RSVP list for the Anniversary Dinner.

  3. Select Caterer for the Anniversary Dinner.

  4. Set up assistance with the local B.S.A. Troops for the flag placement on Memorial Day.

MARCH

  1. Approve the Post audit at the stated meeting.

  2. Complete the annual Officer’s election at the Stated Meeting.

  3. Set up for the Anniversary Dinner (weekend closest to March 18th).

     

APRIL

  1. Organize volunteers for the Memorial Day flag placement and kickoff breakfast (Saturday before Memorial Day).

  2. Remind shooting teams the Post will be closed for activities Election Day, and the setup on Monday, before.

MAY

  1. Setup for election board.

  2. Authorize food and provisions for the District 11 dinner meeting hosted by the Post.

  3. Organize facilities and cooking to host District 11 dinner meeting (June District Meeting).

  4. Set up for the Memorial Day flag placement and kickoff breakfast (Saturday before Memorial Day).

JUNE

  1. Host District 11 dinner meeting.

JULY

    Authorize Budget Committee to project next year’s annual budget.

  2. Set up November Bulletin for the Christmas Dinner invitation.

  3. Authorize review of caterers for the Christmas Dinner.

  4. Remind shooting teams of Monday setup and Election day.

NOVEMBER

  1. Setup for Election day.

  2. Review Budget Committee report.

  3. Start RSVP list for Christmas Dinner.

  4. Select caterer for Christmas Dinner.

DECEMBER

  1. Approve Budget Committee Report.

  2. Set up Christmas Dinner (2 weekends before Christmas).

  3. Approve payment to the C.A.C.-B.S.A. for sponsoring the Indiana Blind School Cub Scout Pack 16 and Boy Scout Troop 16.
